Twitter Blaster – Twitter Promotion Tool
January 13, 2009 – 10:14 amThis promotional tool is a free gift I wanted to give to my loyal subscribers.
After a period of time, I will remove the download link and this powerful script will no longer be available.

Twitter Blaster is a PHP script that will bring viral traffic to your site using the Twitter network.
You can build a list very quickly using this technique and increase your profits.
How does it work?
Here’s an example:
- Find some PLR products in your niche with a readymade sales page.
- Improve it as much as possible (sales page, ecover, main product…).
- Next to the order button on the sales page, add a “Free Download” button that links to a page with Twitter Blaster.
- Order button is optional just in case that visitor doesn’t have a Twitter account, but who wants your product.
- On the free download page, the Twitter Blaster script asks the visitor to post your message and your site URL on his Twitter profile in order to get your free download.
- Many of his friends see your message on Twitter and visit your sales page. You are getting more and more traffic after each download.
- With 2 simple clicks visitor is posting your message and in next step has to write his Twitter username.
- The script then checks if your message is on the visitors Twitter page and if it is, sends him to download page.
- Before they reach the download page you can add an opt-in form to build your list or you can create a One Time Offer – It’s all up to you.

Working demo and download page is available here.
To get best results with this method you need some initial traffic on your sales page to start the viral twist. That could be traffic from your mailing list or PPC.
Even if you don’t have a list you can find a JV partner and offer him 100% commission of OTO sales if he wants to send your offer to his list.
Use all your marketing knowledge to make the perfect model.
==> Download the Twitter Blaster script for FREE here.
I would appreciate if you can post you experience about using this tool in the comment below this post.
Also if you have any technical question use this post to ask. Please don’t use contact form on my site.
I gave you this powerful tool for free but can’t offer free support.
Update (30. Jan 2009.) – VERSION 2
Now it’s more simple to post message and receive free gift.
The user only needs to enter Twitter username and password.
Update (03. Feb 2009.) – VERSION 3
New option – Follow me.
Troubleshooting:
- If you see curl error add this line
php_flag safe_mode off
in a .htaccess file on your server or contact your hosting support to turn off php safe mod.
I have to write this because this tool is little bit gray hat:
This script is for education purposes only.
Use this script on your own risk.
Watch this video made by Bob Coleman and if you need more info download his tutorial here.

this goes out to debbie,
If, quote- “Nobody on my considerable friends list clicks on sales links… ” you wouldn’t have to delete anyone who posts their own “marketing crap”. if you have a problem with people marketing and promoting (which twitter allows AND monitors those who abuse it.) why don’t you and your ‘friends’ take it up with twitter. that way, twitter will be rid of us ’scumbag’ marketers and will be left with all those twitterers who think it’s interesting to know what they just had for dinner or letting us know what time they brushed their teeth. jeez.
[Reply]
By alx on Jan 14, 2009
@Debbie: If you’re averse to people “marketing” on Twitter, what are you doing HERE? What possible use would you have for TwitterBlaster? I agree that there are lots of people who are guilty of “Tweet spam” – I unfollow them myself.
The REAL problem is that most spammers – Twitter or anywhere else – don’t have the foggiest idea of how real MARKETING works.
There’s a lot more to marketing than just advertising!

I downloaded the file but when I try to open or install it I get a message saying that “Windows needs to know the program that created it”. Is this a program I need to FTP to my website?

Okay! You should make sure you tell ppl that the .php script HAS to be in the same folder as the secret file html or your tinyurl will NOT work…
finally got it to work…
Thanks for the script

By mungi on Sep 9, 2009
This is great tool.
When I register with Twitter, I registered with my personal e-mail.
To sign for the blogs and articles do I have to registered with one of my domain names?
I have 2 to 4 Web-sites,
How do I do that?
And do all the Web-sites have to be customized?

Potentially a good tool, and I would keep everything exactly as it is, except that I would like to see a script that we can use to embed the form into our website rather than for the page to have its own HTML design. People see this form and they may think twice, debating that it may be a scam because of how generic it looks. Embedded forms would work much better though because it’s on the same design as the rest of the site. I would leave the random messages, as the random tweet message variety is great so that it doesn’t appear too repetitive.

Hi Nikola
Just installed and customised the page, and tested it with one of my Twitter accounts.
No error messages were generated at any stage.
However:
1) The tweet wasn’t posted to my test Twitter account, but I was still sent to my test download page
2) I deliberately entered an incorrect password for my test Twitter account. The script should have generated the error message “Wrong Username/Email and password combination.” – but it didn’t – and I was still sent to my download page.
Any idea what might be going wrong?
I’d appreciate your help – it’s a great tool if I can get it to work.

UPDATE:
——-
Hi Nikola
OK, I tried out my test page using Google’s Chrome browser (previously I was using IE7).
Everything seemed to go OK, including the error message when I deliberately entered the wrong password for my Twitter account.
However, the tweet, instead of putting the link to my site, simply inserted http://tinyurl.com
I changed the link in the script to a genuine TinyURL link, but the generic link to TinyURL was still inserted.
My test page, for your interest, is:
http://www.speedytweet.com/twitter-blaster-test.php
I’d love to be able to crack this problem!
Regards

FURTHER UPDATE
==============
Just tested the page on Firefox. Same results as IE – no comment posted, no error message generated when incorrect password entered. Both still sent me to the download page

Just to let you know that this is working perfectly for me now after a little tweaking and testing!
You can see the results at my squeeze page:
http://thepearlydean.com/blog/blogsqueeze.html
For those people who are leaving negative comments…if it isn’t working then ask the product owner nicely. I used the tutorial, watched the video and then implemented and tested it. It didn’t work first time but that’s the nature of software!
But it’s working great now and I KNOW it will build my lists even quicker.
Thankyou Nikola for a great product.
